Sell with waterside properties
Selling and letting waterside homes is very specialised job, and no other company has our breadth of expertise or depth of knowledge in this area.
We sell properties through seven offices uniquely positioned in prime coastal locations, most of which are in the biggest and busiest marinas in the UK.
Buyers navigating their way to that special home know exactly where to come first – Waterside Properties.
Marketing your property: a unique approach
Homes by the water appeal to particular types of people, and targeting them is a specialised skill in itself.
Of course we advertise in the local press, but because 82% of our buyers come from further afield, particularly London, the Home Counties and the Midlands, we’ve developed marketing strategies accordingly.
For example, for nearly 20 years we have displayed at both London and Southampton international boat shows, and exhibit at other high profile events such as Cowes Week, Henley Royal Regatta, and overseas exhibitions such as the Dubai International Boat Show.
Inline with our focussed approach towards this specialist market we frequently advertise in prominent boating and lifestyle publications such as Motor Boats & Yachting and Yachting Monthly magazines, and national newspapers such as the Sunday Times and the Daily Telegraph.
The net: good for catching buyers.
These days the first place many buyers look for a property is on the Internet which is why we make jolly sure that our clients’ properties can be found all over the net: here on our own website, and on rightmove.co.uk, the UK's leading property search portal.

Contracts that won’t leave you high & dry
Most agents will tie you down to contracts which mean, if you’re not happy with that agent, it’ll be six to eight weeks’ notice before you can change.
At Waterside Properties we don’t think these contracts are fair, and shouldn’t be necessary.
That’s why we’ve set our notice period at just seven days.
It also demonstrates just how confident we are of meeting your expectations.
