Gulf Marina

In Spring 2023 there will be a new and exclusive 130-berth marina and maintenance centre opening in the heart of the Ionian Sea.

The team at Gulf Marina have partnered with Triangle Berth Brokers to help them sell long lease berths, motor yacht garages and lodges to clients worldwide, excluding Germany.

Gulf Marina will have 130 water berths suitable for yachts, powerboats and catamarans up to 40m in length with a draft up to 5m.

Shore side you will find modern high-end sanitary facilities. Including private bathrooms and laundry facilities. There is 24/7 CCTV and security, provisioning supermarket, high-speed wi-fi, car parking, fuel dock and an online webcam for berth owners.

The atmospheric Gulf Marina restaurant and cafe offers you a range of international culinary experiences. Whilst the floating bar offers a unique hospitality experience.

Within walking distance of Gulf Marina is the charming town of Amfilochia. Here you will find a wide variety of shops and services.

Marina berths to buy

Gulf Marina has a limited number of long lease berths available to buy. These are available for 5, 10 or 20 years and are currently available at an introductory rate as the marina is not yet open.

There are 3 types of berth available to buy. Water berths, dry dock and a combo of water berth and dry dock.

All long leases will be contracted by German law, the home country of the owners of the marina.

Marina berths to rent annually

Annual rental berths are also available.

Location and travel information

Located in the Ambracian Gulf, the marina will be located in Amfilochia and the maintenance centre in Kopraina.

The Ambracian Gulf, also known as the Gulf of Arta or Gulf of Actuym is a 400 square km protected body of water and home to the largest wetlands in the area. With over 100,000 species of fauna and flora in the gulf including rare birds and abundant marine life.

Gulf Marina is easily accessible from Aktion airport (Preveza). The transfer time to Kopraina is a little over an hour and 50 minutes to Gulf Marina, Amfilochia. There will be a fast and comfortable private airport shuttle bus for all owners and guests. There is also a private helipad 100m from the marina.
