The very first time we entered the doors of this house, be both fell in love with the bright light spacious rooms. We knew it would make the perfect family accommodation for ourselves and 4 children when they come, and it did very comfortably. Gazing at the panoramic views from the master bedroom on the top floor is quite something early in the morning when the sun and the mist on the marina waters are rising. There are so many aspects to the house, the balconies to sip wine on a summers evening, the terrace off the kitchen with fabulous spa to warm you through whatever the season. This in addition to your own mooring (every yachting mans utopia!) offers a world of activity right on your doorstep.

The community spirit is so warm and inviting and within weeks of arrival had many friendships growing, invitations to drinks parties and sailing events.

Walking to The Breeze, serving excellent food and wine, the walks up the Medina into Newport, and over the fields that blow away the cobwebs.

So many reasons we love Island Harbour, and our fabulous tower, we will miss it for sure, however we know that the person who moves here will have many happy memories to come and a wonderful life. "
