History & Background:

An instantly impressive ten-bedroom Edwardian Family Home, elaborately constructed for the local foundry owner, Arthur Hunt back in 1911. The Hunt family were the wealthy business owners for Earls Colne and their prosperity was reflected in the remarkable design and high specification build of the house, featuring 13 tall, elegant chimneys. The mature grounds of 2.85 acres offer a stunning backdrop with a large, raised Tuscan style Edwardian terrace from which to enjoy elevated, breath-taking views across the Colne Valley.
