What we say at the Zoe Napier group
This bright modern well-maintained apartment has a roomy feel to it and has good sized accommodation benefitting from estuary and sea views. The much-loved town of Brightlingsea has much to offer with a real sense of community and its own bakery, butchers, and grocers. All this and just a few minutes' drive to a mainline station to London. An ideal lock up and leave property or for those wanting to make this their permanent base, it also offers office space / working from home potential. The Juliet balconies in both bedrooms ensure that you never forget that you are on the beautiful Essex coast. Perfect for lovers of the water and alike.
What the owners say
Buying off plan we had our pick of the apartments, we chose this one because we particularly liked the view - we think it's still one of the best, as it overlooks the marina and beyond. We enjoy using the balcony with its variety of boats to watch by day and our evenings are often spent just sat enjoying the sunset and relaxing. Our space is so big and bright it was once nicknamed our "hotel" by a friends' daughter when she came to stay for her "best holiday ever!"
The apartment is great for accessing the safe family beach, just a short walk past all the pretty beach huts on the prom' which is really convenient for launching my paddle board from. We enjoy going for long nature walks so we really like our apartments' location because there's so much to see and do from Brightlingsea.
