The company advertises in a range of medias including local papers and magazines such as Kent Life, Coast and Inside Kent. We also have our own The Guild Property Professionals magazine, a high-quality publication for local use together with a separate edition, which covers the whole of the South East including the London area. Child & Partners have exclusive rights for the Guild meaning no other local agents can offer this service; the Guild also have a central London office in Park Lane Mayfair giving touch screen displays reaching a wider market including investment buyers from this country and abroad. Being a Guild member also links us to a network of nearly 800 other agents nationwide. We are also exclusive agents for Waterside Life in Kent specialising in showcasing property, which is either near or overlooking water, this organisation having three high quality glossy publications per year; they also have large stands at both the Southampton and Excel Boat Shows.
